Subscription Regulations

PUPS Website

1. General

Welcome to the PUPS website (hereinafter: "Website"). The Website offers a recurring subscription service for the purchase of pet health supplements and related accessories for dogs, as well as the option for one-time purchases of products.

Use of the Website and its services constitutes full acceptance of the terms of these Regulations. Any person who does not agree to these terms is required to refrain from using the Website.

The Company reserves the right to update these Regulations from time to time. Material changes will be brought to the attention of users with advance notice of no less than 30 days.

These Regulations are written in the masculine form for convenience only, and apply equally to all genders.

2. Definitions

  • "Website" – The PUPS internet website at https://trypups.com, including all services, content, and information appearing thereon.
  • "Customer" and/or "User" – Any person who browses the Website and/or purchases a product and/or a subscription.
  • "Subscription" – The recurring subscription service detailed in Section 4 below.
  • "Product" – A pet health supplement, accessory for dogs, and/or any other product offered for sale on the Website.
  • "Business Days" – Weekdays, from Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

3. Registration and User Account

Use of the subscription service requires registration and the creation of a user account on the Website.

The customer undertakes to provide accurate, current, and complete details upon registration, and to update them whenever required.

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details and for any action performed under their account.

The Company shall be entitled to cancel a user account that was created with false details and/or that has been misused.

4. Subscriptions

The Company offers a recurring subscription (hereinafter: "Subscription") that allows the customer to receive the Company's pet health supplements and/or related accessories for dogs, in accordance with the plan selected, on a recurring basis, delivered to the address provided upon registration.

The customer is responsible for updating their delivery address in their personal account on the Website, or by contacting customer service, no later than 10 business days before the upcoming delivery date.

A shipment sent to the address provided by the customer that was not updated in time shall be deemed a duly delivered shipment, and the Company shall bear no liability for its loss, delay, or any damage arising therefrom.

In the event that a shipment is returned to the Company due to an incorrect or outdated address, the Company shall be entitled to charge the customer the cost of re-delivery. The customer will receive notification of this and will be able to confirm re-delivery to the updated address.

The shipping terms detailed in this section shall apply equally and fully to all products supplied under the Subscription.

5. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees shall be charged in advance at the beginning of each recurring billing period, from the date of subscription entry, through the payment method provided by the customer upon registration. The charge shall be made on the same date of each period in which the subscription was activated.

As long as the charge has not been successfully completed, the recurring shipment shall be delayed and shall not be sent to the customer.

The Company shall send the customer a notice to the email address provided, for each charge failure, and shall request that they update their payment method details.

If the charge is not settled within 14 calendar days of the date of the first failure, the Company shall be entitled to suspend the subscription until payment is arranged, and to cancel it.

The customer shall bear responsibility for any fee or additional charge imposed by the credit card company due to the rejection of the charge.

6. Cancellation of Subscription by the Customer

The subscription does not entail a commitment to any minimum period. The customer is entitled to cancel the subscription at any time.

Cancellation of the subscription shall be made by sending a cancellation notice by email to the Company's customer service at the following address: support@trypups.com. The cancellation notice shall include at least a full name and order reference (hereinafter: "Cancellation Notice").

The Company shall send the customer a confirmation of receipt of the Cancellation Notice within one business day. The date of receipt of the confirmation shall serve as the determining date for the calculation of relevant deadlines.

Upon receipt of the Cancellation Notice, the Company shall cease future charges within 3 business days (or 6 business days if the Cancellation Notice was sent by registered mail).

Cancellation within 14 days of the date of subscription entry: The Company shall refund the customer the full consideration less a cancellation fee of 5% of the total price of the transaction, or a fixed cancellation fee as permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower. The refund shall be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the Cancellation Notice, and through the same method by which the transaction was made.

Cancellation after 14 days of the date of subscription entry: The recurring charge shall be discontinued as aforesaid. The Company shall be entitled to charge a proportional payment for the period that has elapsed until the actual cancellation date.

7. Cancellation of Subscription by the Company

The Company shall be entitled to cancel a subscription, including, but not limited to, in the following cases:

  • The User has committed an unlawful act and/or has violated provisions of the law.
  • The User has breached any of these Terms of Use.
  • The User has a monetary debt to the Company and has not paid such debt by the stipulated payment date.
  • In view of an act or omission of the User that may harm the Company and/or anyone on its behalf.

Notice of cancellation of the subscription shall be delivered to the customer in writing to the email address provided upon joining.

The cancellation of a User's registration due to non-payment does not derogate from their obligation to pay in full all amounts owed to the Company.

8. Shipping

The Company provides a shipping service to the delivery locations published on the Website. Estimated delivery times will be published on the Website and are subject to change.

Delivery dates are estimates only and do not constitute a binding commitment. Delays arising from external factors (weather conditions, strikes, force majeure) are not the responsibility of the Company.

Upon handover of the shipment to the courier, the customer will be sent a notification with tracking details.

It is hereby clarified that all provisions of this section are subject to the Website's general Terms of Use, as updated from time to time.

9. Amendments to the Regulations

The Company shall be entitled to amend these Regulations from time to time.

Continued use of the Website following the entry into force of any amendments shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
